Manufacturing & Supply

GFI operates through a thoughtfully balanced global and domestic manufacturing network designed to ensure consistent quality and dependable supply. By working closely with a select group of long-standing partners, we maintain the flexibility and capacity needed to meet varied project demands without compromising performance.
Our network includes five overseas partner foundries, each specializing in distinct casting capabilities, along with two trusted domestic foundries in the United States. This diversified supply chain allows us to balance cost, quality, and lead times while delivering reliable results across a wide range of infrastructure applications.

In-House Fabrication

Our in-house fabrication facility strengthens our ability to deliver coordinated solutions while maintaining close control over quality, scheduling, and execution. By supporting both jobbing and production fabrication, we align fabrication work directly with casting and supply requirements.
This capability allows us to support standard components and custom-fabricated assemblies with greater flexibility, shorter lead times, and consistent execution throughout the production process.

Inventory & Distribution

GFI’s operations are supported by more than 50 experienced team members based at our headquarters, which includes an 18-acre storage yard housing our offices and in-house fabrication shop. This facility enables us to maintain extensive inventory and strong operational capacity.
Our scale allows us to stock all standard products, support a wide range of custom configurations, and respond quickly to evolving project needs. With distribution capabilities exceeding 40,000 metric tons annually, our inventory depth and production flexibility help minimize lead times, reduce project delays, and ensure dependable delivery across projects of all sizes.

Quality & Process Control

Quality control is built into every stage of our operations—from manufacturing and fabrication through final delivery. We apply rigorous inspection and quality control processes, continually refine our processes, and work closely with our manufacturing partners to maintain consistent, high standards.
Each product is carefully evaluated to meet strict functional, dimensional, and performance requirements, ensuring our customers receive infrastructure solutions that perform reliably and stand the test of time.

Engineering & Estimating

GFI provides comprehensive engineering and application support beyond standard product supply. Our team works closely with engineers, contractors, and project managers to support product selection, develop drawings, perform quantity take-offs, and align solutions with project specifications and installation requirements.
From early planning through execution, our estimating and technical teams provide clear, practical guidance for both standard specifications and custom applications. This coordinated, hands-on approach helps ensure the right products are selected, detailed correctly, and delivered on schedule—supporting efficient installation and long-term performance in the field.

Customer Service

GFI supports customers with responsive, knowledgeable service throughout the procurement and delivery process. Each customer is supported by a dedicated sales representative who serves as a consistent point of contact, ensuring clear communication, accurate information, and continuity from quote through delivery.
